Our physiotherapy services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals following our motto "Heal. Move. Win™". Treatment plans are individualized based on your specific condition and needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and modern therapeutic techniques.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 6 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in session deduction from your purchased package. No-shows without prior notification will cost one session from your purchased package.
All session packages expire 180 days from the date of purchase. Sessions cannot be transferred to other individuals. Package pricing reflects a commitment to completing the full treatment program and provides significant savings over individual session rates.
Our dynamically discounted treatment session packages are designed to support your long-term recovery and wellness • Original-rate sessions/courses/packages are refundable if cancelled for a reasonable reason • Offer-rate or discounted sessions/courses/packages are non-refundable • Appointment cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 6 hours prior the scheduled session • No-show without prior confirmed cancellation or rescheduling automatically consumes one session if part of an active session package.
You agree to provide complete and accurate health information and medical history. You understand that withholding relevant medical information may affect treatment outcomes and safety. All health information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with medical privacy standards.
All payments must be made in advance of treatment. We accept payments via cash, credit card, and online through our secure payment gateway system. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to applicable UAE taxes and regulations.
Our services are provided within the scope of physiotherapy practice as defined by UAE healthcare regulations. We maintain the highest professional standards and follow evidence-based treatment protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Physio Cure Medical Center - FZCO's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is subject to UAE law and professional indemnity coverage.
